What does Designer Ready mean?
This means that once you have selected and installed your appliances, the interior walls and ceilings are completed with drywall and insulation. Our price includes an allowance for base build out options which can be used towards upgraded options. All interior finishes will need to be done by buyer (and buyer’s design team) which includes flooring, paint, trim package for windows/doors/etc., cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, appliances. Electric will be distributed with a few strategically placed boxes for appropriate lighting or and ceiling fans.
HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler system and outlets will be delivered per code.
Will the residential units be a separate condo association or part of Iron Gate Motor Condos association?
The residential condos will have their own Association.
Will it be gated?
Yes, in a similar style and method as Iron Gate Motor Condos.
What is the range of square footage?
Total square feet ranges from 2,934 to 5,148 and with 3 styles, 8 floor plans and a total of 50 units to choose from, there are a variety of designs to fit your preference and living style.
What is the range for garage capacity?
The Glencoe garages hold from 7 to 8 cars (more with a lift); the Kenilworth garages are designed to hold 5 to 6 cars (more with a lift); and the Wilmette features flexible space with at least a 2-car garage.
When will occupancy begin?
Approximately 12 months after ground breaking, or the end of 2021.

Currently we plan to ask 20% down but might change it to 1/3 down.
Which building will be built first?
We will begin construction with the three eastern buildings starting with the Glencoe, then the Kenilworth followed by the Wilmette building. The same sequence will be followed for the final three buildings on the west side of the development.
Will the live-work units have commercial traffic?
Any traffic generated from these units will be outside the gate.
